Centacare has provided quality services to children and their families through parish-based Outside Schools Hours Care, Long Day Care and Family Day Care for over 20 years. Centacare’s role was one of support and advice to services operating with parish-based management committees.
Centacare Child Care Services was developed in 2005 as a division of Centacare Brisbane. Over time, our role has changed gradually from one of support and advice, to line management of the majority of these services.
Our function is to oversight, on behalf of the Archdiocese, delivery of child care services.
