About Post School Options

“The Post School Services Program assists young people to make the transition from school to adult life and supports them to develop skills that enable them to participate in the life of their local community and take on adult roles within their families.

The Post School Services Program also supports families to plan for the young person’s future and identify informal and formal networks needed to help them achieve their goals.
