About Veterans Home Care

Veterans Home Care provides a range of basic services to war widows and widowers and Australian Defence Force Veterans Services include:

• Personal care
• Domestic assistance
• Respite
• Home and garden maintenance

Who can use the program?

To be eligible for the Veterans Home Care program you must be:

• A war widow or widower or
• An Australian Defence Force Veteran (including an Australia Mariner) who holds a Gold or White Repatriation Health Card
