The Active Lifestyles program is for aged persons living by themselves in the community who may be socially isolated through disability or transport and social limitations. The program provides an opportunity for them to participate in day and evening activities they wouldn't normally be able to enjoy. Active Lifestyles is a service operating within a defined area in Brisbane's south.
