Family and Relationships Overview

Catholic Family and Community Services (CFCS) is part of Centacare in the Archdiocese of Brisbane. We provide professional, community-based services that enhance the lives, relationships and well being of our clients in all their diversity.

Our clients are supported through a range of programs and services including counselling; domestic and family violence; family and relationship education; mediation (family dispute resolution); and community development services.

Fees

There is an affordable fee for some services. Where there is a financial difficulty a reduction or waiver can be discussed. Inability to pay is not a barrier to accessing our services. Where applicable please refer to the program brochure downloads for fee advice.

CFCS programs are supported by government funding, fees and donations. We acknowledge with appreciation the support of:

  • Australian Government departments of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs; Attorney General; and Health and Ageing
  • Queensland Government departments of Communities; Gambling Community Benefit Fund; Employment, Economic Development and Innovation; and Queensland Health
  • Legal Aid Queensland
  • Brisbane City Council
