Day Respite
Centre and community-based learning and leisure activities.

Post-School
Life after school services assist school leavers with the transition to adult life during what may be a time of change and uncertainty.

Supported Volunteering
Develops volunteering options and employment skills.

Friendship Groups
Social groups meet throughout the week.

Personal Development and Lifestyle
Classes teach grooming, social skills, money handling, general presentation and confidence.

Social Support
Supporting people living with a mental illness or psychiatric/intellectual disability.

How to Access a Service

Initial contact can be made with Centacare via self-referral, other service referral, health or allied health referral or Disability Services (Queensland) referral. Your information will be taken and forwarded to a manager of a service who will make contact with you to begin discussion about the possibilities of receiving support.

If Centacare is unable to provide a service to you, you will be given information regarding other service providers who may be able to provide a service to you.
