Responsive Connections

Funded by Disability Services (Queensland), Response Connections is provided to persons with mental health issues who experience severe mental health episodes.

The service is recovery focused to encourage a person's independence and social integration in the community. The aim is to liaise with individuals, families, carers, mental health services and other community support to provide:

• Individual case management
• Motivation
• Assistance with daily living skills
• Social and emotional support
