Centacare Brisbane's core mission of strengthening families, supporting people and communities is performed through a number of constantly evolving service areas:

Centacare Catholic Family and Relationship Services (CFRS) has a particular focus on families and children and provides a range of services including relationship education, counselling, family dispute resolution, domestic and family violence support and  community development programs to help people meet the challenges of daily life. CFRS has outreach relationship and family support locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, South Burnett and Fraser Coast regions.
 

Centacare Disability Services supports persons with a physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability to live the lifestyle of their choice. This may involve assistance with personal care, medical needs, managing finances, household tasks, development of communication skills and personal development. Disability Services operates in the areas of Mental Health, Accommodation Support, Learning and Leisure and Active Lifestyles across greater Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
 

Centacare Community Support  (CCS) programs enable people to remain living in their own homes and include a range of core services such as carer support, day respite, social support, home maintenance, personal care and domestic assistance. Respite services for children and young adults with a disability are also provided. CSS runs service programs across the Archdiocese of Brisbane from the Fraser Coast, west to Kingaroy and south to Beaudesert and the Gold Coast. Specifically targeted to carers are the National Respite Carer and Family Support and Disability programs.
 

Centacare Employment Services operates services under the Australian Government's Job Services Australia network. The group has offices at key locations from the Gold Coast to Maroochydore providing new work opportunities and individualised assistance for job seekers, including those with severe and multiple barriers to employment.
 

Centacare Child Care Services provides quality Outside School Hours Care services, Long Day Care centres, Kindergartens and Family Day Care schemes for children aged six weeks to 12 years. A trial kindergarten program is being delivered in five long day care centres in Brisbane and surrounding regions. Child care services are a significant way in which the Church supports young families in very close partnerships.
 

Centacare Pastoral Ministries works at the coal face of the community providing pastoral services to Indigenous Australians, international seafarers, the hospitalised, the imprisoned and their families, those affected by the criminal justice system and people with mental illness.
