The support provided is individually designed to suit the person’s physical and/or intellectual needs to live a life of quality and choice in the community. The service actively promotes independence and assists individuals to develop networks and supports to enable them to live as valued members of the community.

Support is provided in the areas of:

• Personal Care
• Assistance with maintaining a home
• Assisting individuals with their finances
• Encouraging and supporting growth and development where appropriate
• Working towards having a life that is rich, full and embedded in the community
• Facilitating and maintaining relationships with family, friends and others

Attendant care support operates under the Northside Disability Centre.
