Centacare Employment Group works with people with a diverse range of disabilities. If you are able to work in Open Employment, that is without continual supervision, we can work with you. We assist people with varying physical, intellectual, sensory, mental health and / or other disabilities, and as well as a variety of health issues.

• develop skills for your job
• build skills to become an effective member of your workplace team
• use public transport where necessary
• network with other agencies and services
  

      

We work one on one through an initial assessment phase and together map out the best employment program to suit your needs.  The training and placement officers put the plan into action and help you get the job through supervision, training and support.

      

We are leaders in disability employment and our staff supports each participant as much as they require.
