The Personal Support Program offers guidance to people who may be facing issues with:

• drugs, alcohol and or gambling
• mental health issues
• dealing with money or financial issues
• self esteem
• finding somewhere to live.

The Personal Support Program is a pre-employment program aimed at bridging the gap between crisis assistance and employment assistance. We aim to help individuals deal with barriers that prevent them from securing a job or benefiting from employment assistance programmes.

Centacare Employment Group employs registered psychologists to guide participants on decisions and goals to assist them gain greater control in their lives.
 

We will work with you to

• identify the things that are holding you back
• to work out what you can do
• to work out what sort of help you need

The key objective of this programme is to link participants who have achieved their personal goals to employment services.
